These logs are not used to create advertising profiles or to track you across unrelated websites.
5. Legal Bases for Processing

- Performance of a contract: where processing is necessary to create and maintain your account, provide course access, administer bookings, provide certificates or otherwise provide services you have purchased.
- Legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable accounting, tax or other legal requirements.
- Legitimate interests: where processing is necessary for purposes such as website security, fraud prevention, technical logging, documenting transactions, enforcing contractual rights or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, provided that these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
- Consent: where we specifically rely on your consent as the legal basis for a particular processing activity.
The legal basis depends on the particular processing activity. Not all processing carried out in connection with the service is based on consent.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
