Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal when entering into a contract with us online.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is generally fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by using our online withdrawal function. You do not have to provide a reason for your withdrawal.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but you are not required to do so. A clear statement explaining that you wish to withdraw from the contract is sufficient.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

Digital Content

Our service includes digital content, including prerecorded video lessons, which is provided digitally and is not supplied on a physical data carrier.

If you expressly request that we begin providing the digital content before the end of the statutory withdrawal period, and you expressly confirm that you are aware that your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once the provision of the digital content begins, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once the statutory requirements have been fulfilled and performance has begun.

The relevant consent and acknowledgement are obtained during the checkout process and are documented by us.

Live Online Sessions

The annual program also includes participation in live online consultation sessions. These sessions constitute a service provided over the course of the contractual period.

The statutory withdrawal rights applicable to these services remain unaffected. Where applicable, separate statutory requirements concerning the commencement of services before the end of the withdrawal period will apply.

Voluntary 14-Day Refund

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 14-day refund policy for the annual learning program.

You may request a refund within fourteen days of your purchase, provided that you have not accessed or watched any paid video lesson.

This voluntary refund policy is separate from and does not limit, exclude, or replace any statutory consumer rights you may have.
